Preparations

  • Put the Delinut cashews into a dry frying pan and fry over a low heat until slightly browned on all sides.
  • Add the butter, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and spices and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour into a small bowl and leave to cool slightly before serving.

Ingredients

  • 75g/2½oz Delinut cashews
  • 25g/1oz butter
  • 1½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
  • pinch ground ginger
  • pinch ground allspice
  • pinch paprika
