Preparations
Blend garlic, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar and sesame oil. Toss the dressing with the Delinut cashews. Chilli and crushed tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Delinut Simply Salty or Sizzling Chilli cashews
- 1 fresh habanera chilli
- 4 small plum tomatoes (or equivalent amount of other tomatoes)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
