Preparations

  • Steam the asparagus in a metal steamer over boiling water for about 6 to 7 minutes. Drain.
  • Combine asparagus with sesame oil, lemon juice, marjoram, and Delinut cashews. Serve.

  • 1-1/2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped toasted Delinut cashews, unsalted
